Our client is a reputable and long‑standing trades business known for their skilled approach, supportive team culture, and commitment to delivering quality service. Seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Site Supervisor to join their team, reporting to the directors.

We are looking for someone with the right attitude and previous hands-on plumbing and/or roofing, who can drive results while maintaining a positive team culture.
Location : West – ideally based in Tarneit, Fraser Rise area or surrounding western suburbs.
This role involves travelling between sites.
What's on offer: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on exp) + Super + Take Home Car + IPAD + Phone Allowance

Responsibilities
Measure roofs and flashings accurately
Conduct quality assurance (QA) inspections
Resolve onsite construction and installation issues
Support trades onsite
Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues




Complete site reports and communicate project updates
Ensure compliance with relevant building and safety standards
Provide technical support and guidance to field teams
Maintain strong relationships with builders, trades and stakeholders

Your Profile
Trade background - Roof Plumber or Plumber
Comfortable using technology, including iPads and computer-based reporting systems
Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, plumbing regulations and building codes
Experience measuring roofs and flashings
Strong troubleshooting and roof maintenance problem-solving skills
Ability to perform minor maintenance works using tools when required
