About the role

This is a casual Civil Road Construction Roller Operator position based in Kambalda, Western Australia, operating on an 8 days on / 8 days off roster with day shift work only. Project commences this October, estimated to finish in December 2026. You will operate rollers and associated plant safely and efficiently as part of an experienced road construction team, assisting with general civil construction activities while maintaining a solid focus on safety, quality and site procedures.

About you




Demonstrated experience operating rollers in civil road construction
Proven experience working directly with on-road construction teams
A strong understanding of road construction processes and compaction requirements
Commitment to secure work practices
Ability to work effectively within a team
Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
Relevant tickets/licenses and competencies for the role
Three recent, relevant employment references from positions where you have worked as part of civil/on-road construction teams
