/n /n You might be a recent graduate looking for your first corporate chance. Or you might already be working in telesales, a call centre, recruitment, insurance, telco, memberships, customer service or retail sales and know that you're good at talking to people.

/n /n Either way, if you're confident on the phone, motivated by targets and want the prospect to earn $100K in your first year, we want to hear from you.

/n What Will You Actually Be Doing? You'll spend a large part of your day on the phone speaking with Australian business owners./n

/n You'll be responsible for:/n

Making high-volume outbound calls to warm leads

Starting conversations and identifying sales opportunities

/n
Asking the right questions to understand customer needs

/n
Qualifying potential customers

/n
Handling objections and building rapport

/n
Working towards daily, weekly and monthly KPIs

/n
Developing your sales, negotiation and commercial skills

Are a recent university graduate looking to break into sales

Have experience in phone sales, telesales, call centres or customer service

Love talking to people and can build rapport quickly
