About the role

Our retail assistants are our brand ambassadors, the link between our products and our customers. They lead the success of the store by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their knowledge of our products and brand.

Key responsibilities
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focusing on up-selling, units per transaction and average transaction value
Build the bond between our brand and our customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service and adapting your approach depending on individual's personalities, loves and needs
Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience




Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data
Assist with product deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; taking pride in your setting
Operate the till system, handling financial transactions, including returns and exchanges

About you
Must be 18+ years of age
Valid Australian work rights required
Full flexibility required to accommodate varying business needs
Available to work variable hours across different shift patterns
Results driven and target-focused
Ability to engage customers and achieve sales goals
