Job Description

Mygration Pty Ltd, on behalf of a premium food manufacturer, seeks a Food Technical Manager in Somerville, Victoria. You will oversee product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across operations, driving continuous improvement in taste, texture, and nutritional content.

The role requires a Diploma in Food Technology and 10+ years in QA or food-technical management, with robust analytical skills, knowledge of Food Act, SQF, HACCP and GMPs.
