/n /n About the Role /n As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that promotes positive outcomes for residents, while adhering to Arcare’s values, policies, and skilled clinical standards. /n /n
Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care, including health assessments, monitoring vital signs, and medication management

Wound Management: Assess, treat, and manage wounds while preventing infection

/n
Care Planning: Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents’ needs

/n
Assessment & Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and document changes using eCase

/n
Pain Management: Identify and address pain concerns using appropriate strategies

/n
Emergency Response: Respond effectively to medical emergencies

/n




End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life support

/n /n What we’re looking for /n /n
Current AHPRA Registration (essential)

/n
Sound knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards

/n
Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
