Edge Plaster Linings is offering the position of an Apprentice Plasterer to join our team of skilled professionals with over 25 years experience.

n

You will receive on-the-job training along with training from a Registered Training Organisation to become a qualified Plasterer with a Certificate III in Wall and Ceiling Linings. Feel supported with mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in residential, commercial, renovations, insurance and maintenance plastering.

Skills to be learned: n

n
Fix plasterboard wall and ceiling sheets
n
Fix wet area sheets
n
Plan, measure and cut
n
Use of power tools
n
Finish plasterboard joins manually and mechanically
n
Construct and install bulkheads, plaster, cornice and decorative features
n
Apply basic levelling procedures
n
Read and interpret plans and specifications
n




Assist in the setup and clean up of worksites
n
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
n

Requirements: nn
Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
n
NSW White Card
n
Willingness to learn
n
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident be eligible for this position
