About the role The successful candidate will work across a diverse range of residential projects and will be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality documentation in accordance with Australian building requirements and company standards.

Key responsibilities
Produce high-quality residential working drawings and construction documentation using REVIT
Prepare and amend drawings in accordance with client variations, engineering documentation, energy rating requirements and building regulations
Review plans for compliance with relevant Australian requirements, including National Construction Code (NCC), ResCode, Small Lot Housing Code where applicable, Australian Standards, and local council requirements
Coordinate architectural documentation with engineering and other consultant information
Maintain consistency, accuracy and quality across all drawing sets
Identify documentation issues and resolve discrepancies before drawings are issued




Work collaboratively with the Kiara Designs team while managing assigned projects independently

About you
Minimum 3+ years of residential drafting experience using Autodesk REVIT
Australian Volume building drafting experience is highly preferred
Solid understanding of residential construction and documentation
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities
Ability to work independently, manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Valuable written and verbal English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and own laptop/PC suitable for remote REVIT work
