Job Summary

We're looking for a reliable and confident Retail Supervisor to join the team at our Wagga Wagga store in a permanent part-time role. This is a hands-on leadership position: you'll run shifts, support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations, and step up to take charge of the store when they're on leave. If you're experienced in retail, excellent with people, and comfortable holding the keys, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities
Opening and closing the store, including security and cash handling responsibilities
Supervising and supporting team members on shift
Running the floor: ticketing, replenishment, merchandising and store presentation




Stepping up to manage day-to-day store operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are on leave
Assisting customers at the till and on the floor with excellent service
Receiving stock and maintaining back-of-house organisation
Creating a protected working environment for your team and customers
Weekend availability required

Skills and Experience
Previous retail experience essential; supervisory or keyholder experience highly regarded
Confident opening and closing a store and handling cash responsibly
Friendly and approachable, able to lead a shift with positive confidence
Reliable and flexible, including availability on weekends and across varied shifts
Impeccable customer service skills, able to identify customers' needs and tailor solutions
