We are looking experienced Recruitment Consultant located in Perth WA. The role as a Recruitment Consultant is responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies.

You will build positive relationships to gain a better understanding of your clients' recruitment needs and requirements. Ultimately, you will ensure we attract, engage, recruit and retain high performing employees for our clients. Main Tasks & Duties:
Supporting the Recruitment Division as a point of contact for all Recruitment enquiries.
Assist with the creation of comprehensive job advertisements for publishing.
Quality check CVs from recruiters for shortlisting prior to presenting to clients.
Pre-assess candidates and arrange interviews via appropriate means (face to face, online or telephone) to filter for client’s selection
Coordinate with our team the recruitment of skilled tradesmen from overseas, including screening,



presenting to clients, setting up interviews with candidates and clients as well as finalizing selection.
Liaise with mobilisation team on arrival expected dates for finalising flight booking.
Maintain cultural awareness briefing and induction pack for all overseas employees arriving in Australia.
Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets to monitor processes and timelines
Handle customer feedback, complaints and problems.
Supporting the co-ordination of client visits to overseas.

and more Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years proven work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter or similar role
Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation
Familiarity with job boards, resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience interviewing candidates and organising skills assessment centres
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Solid decision-making skills
