About the role

Working from our Woolgoolga office, you will be the welcoming face of Dobbs & Co and provide day-to-day support to our sales team and wider business. For the right person, this position offers much more than a reception role. We want to provide the opportunity to learn the real estate industry, develop current skills and grow within Dobbs & Co over time.

Key responsibilities
Managing reception and welcoming clients to the Woolgoolga office
Opening and closing the office
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and enquiries
Providing a high level of customer service to clients, buyers and the general public
Supporting our sales agents with day-to-day administration
Assisting with property listings, marketing and sales campaigns
Preparing documentation and correspondence
Assisting with buyer enquiries and database management
Coordinating keys and maintaining the office key register
General office administration and maintaining a professional, organised workplace

Friendly, confident and skilled




Highly organised with solid attention to detail
A great communicator who enjoys dealing with people
Reliable and willing to take responsibility
Comfortable working in a busy team environment
Confident using computers and learning current systems
Well presented with a positive attitude
Motivated to learn and develop
Genuinely interested in building a career in real estate
Previous real estate experience would be welcomed, however it is not essential
