Job Description

National Workforce is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse 2IC to lead a quick-paced team on the Central Coast. You will drive operational excellence, optimise processes, and ensure accurate inventory management while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will work closely with the DC Manager, develop staff, oversee receiving, despatch, returns and cycle counts, and uphold WHS standards in a secure, compliant workplace.
