Key job functions & Accountabilities The Receptionist carries out a range of duties related to dealerships reception, including:
Act as the first point of contact for anyone visiting the dealership
Answering phone enquiries
Providing administrative support
General clerical duties
Maintaining a protected and healthy workplace
Contribute to building a positive team spirit
Vehicle registrations
Demonstrate behaviours that align with company policy, organisational values and The Toyota Way





Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communication skills
A friendly, skilled manner
Valuable organisational skills
Ability to demonstrate behaviours that support organisational values and The Toyota Way
