Location: Melbourne
We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to support the governance and operational management of a large enterprise Microsoft AI ecosystem, including Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Key responsibilities:
Administer Microsoft 365 and AI platform environments
Maintain governance controls, policies and compliance frameworks
Support Copilot agents, licensing, access reviews and lifecycle management
Monitor platform performance and provide advanced technical support
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and vendors
About you:
5+ years' experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 platforms
Robust knowledge of Copilot, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange and Teams
Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Purview and Defender for Office 365
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Enterprise Copilot administration experience is highly regarded
