About the Role:
As anTrade Assistantwith Solarig, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our solar farm.
This full-time role offers the chance to work in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, withexcellent career growth potentialin the rapidly expanding solar industry.
Location: Darlington Point Region
Contract duration: Casual contract with option of full time contract for the right person
Schedule: Monday to Friday (38 hours per week)
Must participate on On-call roster

Key Responsibilities
Perform vegetation control and other grounds maintenance activities
Cleaning and inspection of the asset and infrastructures
To carry out the Module Cleaning
Assist other trades on site as required
Work requests completion and reporting
Comply and adhere to all work, health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
Report any hazards, near misses or incidents
Responsible for the scheduled maintenanceParticipate On-call roster
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking areliable, safety-focused Trade Assistantwho can take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team.
You should have:
Skid Steer ticket(High desirable)
Chemical Handling Certificate(High desirable)
High Voltage Switching Qualification(High desirable)
Work safely in the construction industry Card(Required)
Low Voltage Rescue Training
CPR Training
A validDriver's License
Additionally, you must be:




Committed tosafetyand compliance with all WH&S; regulations
Proactivewith a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills
A team player withstrong communicationskills and acan-do attitude
