Imagine working in a relaxed waterfront setting, serving cocktails and helping deliver memorable functions and events from our newly renovated outdoor terrace.

Davistown RSL Club is seeking experienced, customer-focused Hospitality All-Rounders to join our team across evening and weekend operations.
n
We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in one or more of the following areas:
n
n
Cocktail and bar service
n
Gaming operations
n
Club reception and member services
n
Functions and events
n
Courtesy bus driving
n
n
The Opportunity
n
As a Hospitality All-Rounder, you may work across different areas of the Club depending on your experience, qualifications and operational requirements.
n
Responsibilities may include:
n
n
Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine and other beverages
n
Providing friendly and professional service to members and guests
n
Supporting gaming operations and associated compliance requirements
n
Assisting at reception with member enquiries, sign-ins and venue information
n
Supporting the preparation and delivery of functions and special events
n
Completing function and event set-up, service and pack-down
n
Providing safe and courteous transport for members and guests
n
Processing transactions accurately and responsibly
n
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and venue presentation
n
Supporting service on our newly renovated waterfront outdoor terrace




n
Working collaboratively with colleagues across all areas of the Club
n
n
Evening and weekend work is available, with hours varying according to employee availability and the Club's operational, function and event requirements.
n
About You
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience in bar service, cocktails, gaming, reception, functions, events or courtesy bus driving
n
A current NSW RSA competency card
n
A current NSW RCG competency card, or willingness to obtain one
n
A current driver licence and suitable driving history if performing courtesy bus duties
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Confidence working across different areas of Club operations
n
A professional, reliable and team-focused approach
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
Experience across every area is not required. Applicants with robust experience in one or more areas and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
