What You'll Be Doing
Learning the ropes of sales directly from our Business Development Manager
Getting out and about across Western Sydney, meeting local businesses
Prospecting, canvassing and opening new doors (yes — calls and face-to-face)




Learning all about scrap metal, recycling & sustainability
Supporting sales activity through CRM updates and pipeline tracking
Sitting in on client meetings and industry events
Helping prepare quotes, proposals — and learning how to close the deal
Researching competitors and market trends
Working with internal teams to build tailored solutions for customers
You don't need industry experience —we can teach that.
What we can't teach is attitude.
Confident, motivated and not afraid to have a go
Comfortable talking to people in person and on the phone
Hungry to learn, grow and build a long-term career
Organised, reliable and well presented
Resilient — you don't give up after a "no"
You'll also need:
A valid driver's licence & reliable transport
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & D&A; testing
Waste / scrap metal experience is a bonus (but not required)
