Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Complex Care Coordinator (CNS2) for Grafton and Maclean. The role focuses on organising and delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care across multiple sites to coordinate complex care needs.
The CNS2 will lead clinical standards, collaborate with the health care team to improve patient flow and outcomes, including coordinating transfers for patients with complex conditions.
