Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy.
n
Deal with inbound vehicles following the correct company procedure
n
Ensure safe handling, storage & repacking of all products in line with stock locations, rotation and company policies.
n
High level of care and accuracy with pick operations.
n
Inspection of incoming materials in line with company procedures.
n
Load distribution vehicles in a safe, presentable manner and highlight all errors and damages prior to completion.
n
Where relevant, Delivery Driver duties/driving of a company vehicle (dependent on
experience/insurance)
n
Maintain high standards of site house-keeping.
n
To ensure FLT's are checked daily, recorded on relevant sheets and defects reported.
n
Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern to the relevant person immediately.
n
Assist with inventory counting when necessary.
n
Support Warehouse
Expediting/Logistics
where necessary.
n
Work with relevant staff to ensure any Non Conformances relating to the Warehouse are processed and closed out in a timely manner.
n
Work with QA/QC Officer to review opportunities for improvement identified and implement changes and improvements to the processes and systems.
n




Responsible for ensuring correct storage of substances and equipment and maintaining suitable records where necessary
n
Responsible for overseeing the planned maintenance of machinery and equipment as required.
n
Responsible for ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
n
Responsible for ensuring all people in the Warehouse are wearing the correct PPE
n
To action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business
n
Any other reasonable duties as allocated by Management.
