We're building a venue where cocktails, coffee, and atmosphere come together to create something people remember, and we're looking for a Bar Manager to lead it.

The Role
n
As Bar Manager, you'll own everything behind the bar, from morning coffees to late-night cocktails.
n
You'll work with our Venue Manager, lead from the front, set the standard, and make sure every drink, whether it's a flat white or a martini, is executed perfectly.

What You'll Do
n
Lead, train, and develop a high-performing bar team
n
Oversee both coffee and cocktail service across the day
n
Design and execute a standout cocktail and beverage program
n
Ensure consistent, high-quality barista coffee standards
n
Manage stock, ordering, and cost control (COGS)
n
Maintain premium presentation and service standards
n
Work closely with venue leadership on overall guest experience
n
Create a bar atmosphere that guests want to come back for
n
Who You Are
n
Experienced Bar Manager or senior bartender ready to step up
n




Robust cocktail and spirits knowledge
n
Confident barista skills and understanding of coffee service
n
A natural leader who builds culture and drives performance
n
Calm under pressure in fast-paced service
n
Detail-driven, organised, and commercially aware
n
Personable, energetic, and hands‐on
