We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support project planning, coordination, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, coordination, and project administration.
Organise meetings, workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder forums; prepare agendas and minutes.
Maintain project registers for risks, issues, decisions, actions, and dependencies.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, SteerCo packs, and governance documentation.
Maintain project documentation, templates, schedules, milestones, and version control.
Support resource planning, onboarding, forecasting, budget monitoring, and timesheet validation.
Coordinate dependencies across project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, and schedule delays.
Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks and methodologies.

Key Skills & Experience
Experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Administration.
Solid organisational, communication, documentation,



and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project reporting, scheduling, governance, and risk/issue tracking.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
