Job Description

MINISO Store in Highpoint, Victoria, is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop a team, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will drive sales, maintain high standards of service and safety, and align store activities with company policies.

The role requires at least two years in retail store operations management, solid leadership and communication skills, and hands-on experience with inventory, merchandising and budgeting.
