Practice Nurse | Key Health /n We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our team and work from all our Key Health clinics. /n In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care within a supportive general practice setting, working closely with doctors and the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n As a Practice Nurse, your duties will include: /n /n /n
Providing clinical care in line with skilled and safety standards

/n
Conducting immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and triage

/n
Supporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiatives

/n
Assisting doctors with procedures and clinical tasks

/n
Maintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentation

/n
Ensuring infection control procedures and policies are followed

/n
Managing clinical equipment, supplies, and treatment rooms

/n
Supporting quality improvement activities and practice accreditation

/n
Educating patients on health management, treatments,



and preventative care

/n
Supporting and guiding other staff as required

/n /n About You/n You are a proactive and organised nurse who takes pride in delivering excellent patient care and maintaining high safety standards. /n Essential: /n /n
Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse)

/n
Current CPR certification

/n
Current professional indemnity insurance

/n
Strong communication and teamwork skills

/n /n Desirable: /n /n
Experience in general practice or primary healthcare

/n
Experience in chronic disease management and health assessments

/n
Familiarity with Best Practice software
