Lead Plasterer / Qualified Tradesman – Renovations & Insurance Work

MLR Plastering & Interiors PTY LTD is a small, growing plastering company servicing Brisbane and surrounding areas. We specialise in residential renovations, repairs, ceiling replacements and insurance work.

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Plasterer / Tradesman to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently and understands what’s required to complete a job properly from start to finish.

The role will involve
Plasterboard installation and repairs
Ceiling and wall replacements
Setting, sanding and finishing
Cornice installation
Renovation and insurance work
Working around existing homes and other trades
Leading jobs and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
Communicating with clients and other trades when required

We’re looking for someone who:




Has solid plastering experience
Can work independently and confidently run a job
Produces a high-quality finish
Has positive attention to detail
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Has good communication skills
Has a current driver’s licence
Own tools and experience with renovation/insurance work would be highly regarded

We’re a small company, so we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a valuable team rather than just another number. Pay: $40.00 – $70.00 per hour
