About the role
Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Head of Global P2P & Credit Services, this role owns the end-to-end delivery and governance of TWE's global Accounts Payable function.
You'll lead shared services performance while driving automation, stronger controls and continuous improvement across AP, expenses and corporate cards.
Key Duties:
Lead the effective delivery of global Accounts Payable operations
Oversee employee expense and corporate card management activities
Manage Shared Services performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs
Maintain strong financial controls, compliance and audit readiness
Drive process improvement, standardisation and automation initiatives
Monitor AP performance,



payment outcomes and supplier experience
Partner with global stakeholders to deliver strong operational outcomes
Who we're looking for
You're an organized, cooperative marketer who can balance competing priorities, build strong relationships and turn great ideas into action.
You will bring:
Extensive experience leading an Accounts Payable function (5+ years is ideal)
Strong Shared Services and BPO service delivery experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Robust attention to detail and numerical capability
Sound knowledge of financial controls and governance
Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives
Ability to influence and collaborate across global teams and functions
Global AP and expense management experience will be highly regarded
