What would I be doing?
AsanIntakeOfficer, you will play an essentialrole inmanaging and coordinatingtheregistration,intakeandonboarding of people with disability seeking employment opportunities.
This could include:
Being the firstpoint of contact to welcomeand support people with disability on their journey towards gaining employment and building theircareer.Conductingintakeand assessment of clients'needs,toidentifysuitabilityfor services and eligibility requirements.
Developtailoredjob plans includingaddressingandidentifyingbarriersto employment to help achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Buildstrongrelationshipsandlocal communitynetworks (such as schools, community organisations etc)tosupportreferralsandengagement forclients.
