Take ownership of the retail operation, lead and develop your team, influence sales and merchandising, and make a genuine contribution to the success of two busy community pharmacies.
These roles suit confident leaders who enjoy hands‐on management, strong customer engagement, and keeping a pharmacy running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day‐to‐day retail operations
- Prepare rosters and maintain appropriate staffing levels
- Oversee ordering, stock control, stocktakes and supplier returns
- Minimise shortages, over‐ordering and dead stock
- Drive sales through merchandising, promotions and category management




- Maintain attractive displays, ticketing, planograms and store presentation
- Monitor sales, GP, wages, costs and KPIs
- Manage invoices, banking, cash reconciliation and suppliers
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve enquiries/complaints
- Ensure S2/S3 and health & safety procedures are followed
- Support community marketing activities and pharmacy promotions
Qualifications & Experience
- S2/S3 certification or Certificate II/III in Community Pharmacy
- Experience in pharmacy retail management
- Strong stock control and inventory management skills
- Invoice processing experience
- Fred Office / Fred POS highly regarded
