Job Description
Thornbury High School is seeking a Student Counsellor to provide counselling, wellbeing support and case management to students experiencing social, emotional, behavioural and mental health concerns.
You will work directly with students to identify needs, provide short-term counselling and safety plans, and facilitate referrals to external services as required.
Collaboration with families and the Wellbeing Team is essential.
