We're looking for a Dental Prosthetist to join our team, based in Mildura. Whether you're starting your career or bringing years of experience, you'll have the chance to work closely with clinicians and technicians, develop your interests and make a difference for patients in regional communities.

About Us
n
Tankard Dental has served the Sunraysia community for over 50 years, with clinics in Mildura, Irymple, Robinvale and Ouyen.
n
Our Mildura clinic has an on-site digital laboratory with three dental technicians. The lab uses digital workflows including 3Shape, PM5 and PM7 milling equipment, Asiga 3D printers and a CEREC workflow.
n
We also have an on-site lab at our Ouyen clinic, where you'll work alongside a dental technician with more than 20 years' experience. Through our public dental contract in Ouyen, we help provide prosthetic care to patients in the surrounding community.

About the Role
n
You'll care for a variety of public and private patients, from consultations and assessments through to treatment planning, impressions, try-ins, fitting and follow-up care. Your work will include removable prostheses, adjustments, repairs and relines, supported by close collaboration with dentists, other clinicians and our lab teams.

You'll work alongside a Dental Prosthetist with more than 15 years' experience. New graduates will receive guidance as they build confidence and clinical skills. If you're already experienced, we'd welcome the knowledge you bring and the opportunity to shape the role around your strengths.

Based in Mildura, you'll have opportunities to work across our Victorian clinics and visit other locations in regional Victoria and South Australia to see patients chairside.

Skills & Attributes

We're looking for someone who:

Holds or is eligible for registration with the Dental Board of Australia
n
Communicates with patients with empathy and professionalism
n
Enjoys working closely with clinicians and technicians
n
Is interested in chairside care and digital lab workflows
n
Is open to working across clinic locations
