A national automotive services organisation is seeking a Business Support Officer to join its Finance & Operations team in Southbank.
n
With ***** employees across Australia, the business operates nationally while maintaining a streamlined and collaborative internal structure. This role sits within a team of eight and works closely with stakeholders across Sales, Accounts, Compliance, IT and Management.

The Role
n
This position combines customer service and back-office administration. You will manage shared mailboxes, respond to a broad range of enquiries, and provide day-to-day operational support across the business.
n
Key responsibilities include
n
n
Managing multiple shared email inboxes and ensuring timely responses
n
Handling inbound phone enquiries from customers, dealers and internal stakeholders
n
Providing administrative support across Sales, Accounts, IT and Compliance
n




Assisting customers with post-sales enquiries including cancellations and transfers
n
Processing credit card and direct debit payments
n
Supporting operational and processing tasks as required
n
Contributing to continuous improvement across administrative and operational processes
n

About You
n
n
Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
n
Previous experience in administration and/or customer service
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Confident working with numerical data
n
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
n
Professional, team-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion
n

Additional Information

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
n
Hybrid mode - minimum two days in the Southbank office (additional days during training)
n
Reporting to the Finance & Operations Manager
