Job Description
Platypus Shoes Marion is seeking an Assistant Manager to work alongside the Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment.
You will lead a team of casual staff, coach and develop talent, drive sales and KPI performance, and ensure premium customer service in a fast-paced store culture.
You will oversee rosters, stock management, visual merchandising and compliance with OH&S; policies, contributing to a energetic and inclusive work setting with strong growth opportunities.
