Job Description

Lightning Rentals is seeking a Work From Home Arrears & Collections Manager to oversee current and overdue consumer lease accounts, support payment arrangements, and ensure all arrears processes comply with policy and regulatory requirements.

This remote, full time role offers 40 hours per week, a laptop, monitor and mobile phone, ongoing internal and external training, and potential for promotion. Salary is AUD 70,000–100,000 per year, dependent on experience.
