Yo-Chi is opening its very first ACT venue and needs a hands-on leader to launch with energy and guest-focused service. You will complete comprehensive training in Sydney before returning to Canberra to bring the concept to life and build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, rostering, stock management and coaching the team to deliver exceptional experiences. You'll drive KPIs and ensure a secure, sharp venue that guests love.
