The Learmonth Bowling Club are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced playing coach to join the club and help develop players of all skill levels.

nAbout the Role n
n

Learmonth is a community club with country values, supporting 75 members and located in the Ballarat Highlands Bowls Region. They have 4 weekend Pennant sides and 2 midweek sides. Both weekend and midweek have Division 1 sides. They currently have 2 synthetic greens and a tifdwarf grass green.

nAbout the Role n

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging coaching sessions, supporting player development, and fostering a positive and inclusive club workplace. This role may involve working with beginners through to more experienced competition players.

Support skill development, strategy, and game awareness

Encourage participation and build player confidence

Assist with team preparation and compatitive readiness

Coordinating major tournament and club events

Pennant team selection
n
n
Promoting a welcoming and inclusive club culture
n
