They are currently seeking an IT Business Analyst who will be responsible for identifying and documenting business processes and software requirements to support IT’s involvement in broader business-driven projects.

You’ll act as a strategic partner to various business units, ensuring IT solutions are aligned with organisational goals and deliver real value.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Analyse and document business processes and software requirements.
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into actionable IT deliverables.
n
Prepare project documentation including briefs, business cases,
and RFPs.
n
Support solution design and validate alignment with business strategies.
n
Maintain solid relationships across business units and IT teams.
n
Identify risks and prospects for improvement in systems and processes.
n
What You’ll Bring: nn
5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Solutions Partner role
n
Solid analytical and documentation skills.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
n
FMCG, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desired
