Key responsibilities
End-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio
Conducting ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Managing maintenance requests and coordinating tradespeople
Handling lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy agreements
Arrears management and tenancy issue resolution
After-hours emergency phone
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades
Preparing VCAT applications and representing the agency at VCAT when required
Ensuring compliance with current Residential Tenancies legislation
Conducting rental appraisals and securing new rental managements

Skills & Experiences
Previous Property Management experience (essential)
Ability to independently manage a portfolio of 100 properties
Experience conducting in-person rental appraisals and signing current managements




Proven ability to source and secure new rental business
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Agent's Representative Certificate or Estate Agent qualification
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
Business Development (BDM) experience is highly regarded but not essential
