About the role

We're after a trade-qualified mechanic who can take a job from start to finish without being managed through it. Our workshop sees a genuine mix of makes and models, so no two days look the same.

Key responsibilities
Carrying out safety checks, diagnostics and repairs across a broad range of makes and models, including European vehicles
Completing pre-delivery inspections and workshop assessments on incoming stock
Diagnosing faults accurately and efficiently, and identifying what needs doing before it becomes a comeback
Sourcing parts — locating the right part at the right price and following it through to arrival
Keeping accurate job records and communicating clearly with the service and sales teams
Maintaining a clean, secure and organised workshop

About you
Trade qualified
Current manual WA driver's licence
Full working rights in Australia
Solid hands-on experience across European makes as well as Japanese and Australian vehicles




Strong parts sourcing ability — you know where to look, who to call, and how to get it done without waiting to be told
Confident working autonomously and managing your own workflow
A team player who communicates well and pitches in where needed
Reliable, on time, and consistent — the kind of person the workshop can plan around
Experience in a dealership or independent workshop handling used vehicle preparation is a strong advantage
