This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who combines deep retail, consumer goods or travel expertise with strong enterprise and business architecture capabilities and a proven ability to identify, shape, and grow strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities - Lead client workstreams, solving priority business challenges across growth, customer experience, commercial effectiveness, operations, and transformation execution.
Translate strategic objectives into structured initiatives, actionable plans,



and business capability improvements across retail, consumer goods, and travel organizations.
Assess current-state business models, processes, and organizational capabilities to identify gaps, improvement prospects, and transformation priorities.
Facilitate working sessions with client stakeholders to align on issues, define solution options, and support decision-making across business and technology teams.
Develop clear, insight-led deliverables including assessments, recommendations, roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
Support chance development and client account growth through industry insights, problem shaping, proposal contributions, and participation in strategic sales discussions.
Coach and collaborate with team members across levels to deliver high-quality work, manage priorities effectively, and foster a robust team culture.
