About Impressa Liquor Collective

Impressa Liquor Collective (ILC) is a curated group of independent Victorian beverage producers working together to present a premium, multi-brand portfolio to the liquor trade. This unique Portfolio Sales Manager chance is focused on promoting and selling the portfolio as a whole to Victorian bars, restaurants, independent retailers, and venue groups.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and commercially minded Portfolio Sales Expert to represent the collective across Melbourne and surrounding regions.

This is a high-energy, field-based opportunity is focused on building relationships, growing distribution, and driving sales across the entire portfolio. You'll have the opportunity to help shape the growth of the

Collective while working autonomously with the support of passionate independent producers behind you.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct trade visits with both existing and prospective accounts
Present and sell a curated multi-brand portfolio tailored to customer needs
Deliver tastings, staff training, and brand education
Secure new listings and grow distribution across bars, restaurants, retailers, and venue groups
Maintain accurate customer records and activity within a CRM




Achieve agreed sales and growth targets for the respective brands

What We're Looking For
Established relationships within the liquor, hospitality, or retail sectors are highly regarded
Experience in sales, account management, buying, or venue operations
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently as a contractor
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem solving
Passion for independent beverage brands and the Victorian drinks industry

Remuneration
An attractive monthly base retainer aligned with activity expectations and client portfolio growth
Quarterly commission structure payable by brand.
