Detailed : experienced Senior Service Integration & Service Delivery Leader to oversee mission-critical, high-availability services within regulated enterprise environments. The role will be responsible for leading Service Delivery Managers and multi-vendor SIAM teams, ensuring operational excellence across Incident, Problem, Change,



Release, Monitoring, and Vulnerability Management. The successful candidate will drive service stability, major incident management, continual service improvement, SLA/XLA governance, and service transition activities while leveraging AI, automation, and up-to-date cloud technologies to optimize service delivery and business outcomes.

Robust stakeholder management, leadership of complex service ecosystems, ITIL expertise, and a proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements are essential.
