WhatYou'llDo
Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow medically referred patients
Buildandmaintainstrongreferringpartnerrelationships
Convert prospective partners into active referrers toKieserSydneyclinics
Represent and promote the Kieser brand through meetings, events,educationsessionsandnetworking
Spenda large portionof timein the field engaging with partners and stakeholders
Facilitate referrals and collaborate closely withreferrers,cliniciansandinternalteams
Identifyand implement creative partnership opportunities suchassatelliteclinics,hubsandcaseconferencing
Educate stakeholders on relevant funding pathways, for example,Health Funded Programs, ANC,



HCP and Life
Manage and resolve partnership challengeswhilemaintainingstrong,trusted relationships
Contribute to clinic and regional performance through collaboration with medical andregional leaders

Must-haves
Valid working rights in Australia
Valid driving license
Demonstrated work experience in comparable role (e.g. Healthcare Sales, Healthcare BD, Referral Relationship Manager)
Proven ability to build and grow referral-based relationships with medicalprofessionalsExceptionalcommunication skills (verbal and written)
Highlymotivated,proactiveandresults-driven mindset
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Nice-to-haves:
Bachelor Degree - Physiotherapy, Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology
