EXPERIENCED TILER - must have licence and car

Here's what's on offer when you join our team!

Get paid $48/hr to $55/hr + super (incl. holiday pay, sick pay etc.)

Work standard hours or choose to enjoy a 4-day work week – every week! That's 9.5hr days from Mon – Thur then the long weekend is yours to enjoy!

Boost your earnings with optional overtime at a 1.5x rate available Monday to Friday

Permanent, stable full-time position with an established company

Here's what you'll be doing day-to-day
n
You'll run your own day with full support from our office team and systems.



We kick off with a quick daily check-in to line up the plan and make sure everyone's got what they need.
n
Site preparation (review plans, confirm layouts, prep surfaces, complete tile set outs)
n
Apply waterproofing to standard
n
Install all types of tiles with precision
n
Screed like a boss!
n
Grout, seal, and finish to a high standard
n
Keep sites tidy and handover ready
n
Track progress and upload job notes/photos via ServiceM8 + log hours worked
n
Communicate with the team, plan ahead, and help apprentices when needed
n
Here's what the ideal applicant looks like
n
Qualified tiler with a minimum of 5 years' experience
n
Confident with setting out, screeding (including shower bases and large floors), and achieving a high-end finish
n
Takes pride in their workmanship and leaves a clean, professional site
n
Able to plan ahead, communicate with the team, and flag any issues early
n
Experience with using job management software (ideally ServiceM8) to log hours, upload photos, and track progress of jobs
n
Works well independently but values being part of a close-knit, supportive crew
n
Shows up with a great, positive attitude, ready to get stuck in and help deliver top-quality work
n
Open to mentoring apprentices or working alongside others on site
n
Takes initiative, manages time well, and stays on top of materials and site needs
n
Wants to grow within a team that backs them with systems, structure, and support
n
