Cleanaway is seeking a Senior Change & Training Analyst to lead the people side of change for data, technology and AI initiatives within the Data & Analytics team. You will shape practical change strategies, drive adoption and embed current ways of working across the business.

You will deliver end-to-end change management, develop training plans and facilitate workshops with stakeholders from frontline to senior levels. Strong Power BI training experience and clear communication are essential.
