Job Description
Everyday Independence seeks a Habit Coach to support NDIS participants in Shepparton and surrounding areas.
Sessions occur at homes or community locations, with travel required and a adaptable Casual schedule.
You will implement therapy plans under the guidance of a primary therapist and help participants develop independence across ages and goals, including transport, independence with daily tasks, and social engagement.
