Hertz is looking for a motivated and reliable Rental Sales & Quality Inspector to join our team. This varied, hands-on role combines customer service, rental sales, vehicle inspections, and fleet quality control.

You'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a friendly, professional experience — and every vehicle leaves our location clean, safe, and ready for the road.
About the Role
n
n
As our Rental Sales & Quality Inspector, you will assist customers throughout the rental process while helping maintain the presentation and quality of our vehicle fleet.
n
Your duties will include:
n
n
n
Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
n
Processing vehicle rentals, returns and rental agreements
n
n
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and rental products
n
n
Inspecting vehicles before and after rental
n
n
Recording vehicle condition, damage and kilometres accurately
n
n
Ensuring vehicles meet Hertz presentation and quality standards
n
n
Checking vehicles are clean, fuelled and ready for the next customer
n
n
Assisting with general administration and branch operations
n
About You
n
n
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and comfortable working in a busy customer-facing environment.
n
You will ideally have:

n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
n
A professional and positive attitude
n
n




Confidence dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
n
n
Good computer and administration skills
n
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
n
A practical approach and willingness to assist wherever required
n
n
A current Australian driver's licence
n
n
Previous experience in vehicle rental, automotive, sales, hospitality or customer service would be highly regarded
n
