We are a growing recruitment agency based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, and we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultantto join our team. This role would suit someone with at least 3 years of recruitment experiencewho is confident managing the recruitment process independently and delivering successful placements across multiple vacancies.

About the Role

Taking and understanding client briefs
n
Talent mapping and proactive candidate sourcing
n
Screening and interviewing candidates
n
Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates to clients
n
Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
n
Offer negotiation and placement
n
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
n
Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously
n

About You
n
n
Minimum 3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
n




Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and successful placements independently
n
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
n
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Commercially minded with a strong focus on candidate and client experience
n
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
n
