Squad is seeking a motivated Field Officer to join our Wodonga team. The role focuses on onboarding and ongoing management of apprentices and trainees, maintaining host employer relationships, mentoring learners, and ensuring compliance with contractual, legal and WHS requirements.

You will engage with schools and community groups to support youth employability, promote career pathways, and build a pipeline of future candidates while promoting Squad's services to reach placement targets.
