This role will involve providing third level support on modern workplace technologies to clients and providing mentorship to more junior members of the team. /n The role /n /n
To support and manage contemporary workplace systems and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, as well as Microsoft Azure hosting,

You will be working with clients Microsoft solutions that are transforming the way they do business. With security a key focus, the role will also leverage your broad technical knowledge to help shape and manage the systems to the clients requirements.

/n /n Responsibilities /n /n
Technical client engagement and customer service - manage client solutions end to end

/n
Take ownership of escalated client issues or incidents and follow through on problems through to resolution. (L3 Technical Support)

/n
Ensure that all systems are scalable, reliable, efficient and secured.

/n
Solution staging, system configuration, implementation, patching, testing, cutover and documentation.

/n




Onboarding of current customers with detailed infrastructure auditing.

/n
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.

/n
Mentor and coach junior engineers

/n
Technical Lead overseeing project delivery working closely with the Project Manager

/n /n Ideal Candidate /n /n
Tertiary qualification in IT, or Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field highly desirable

/n
Industry Certificates will be highly regarded, preferably MS-900.

/n
Managed Services experience is essential

/n
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities

/n
Cooperative and supportive - a true team player and leader

/n /n Essential Technical Skills /n /n
Mastery of Microsoft Office 365

/n
Solid understanding of Up-to-date Management tools such as Intune, AutoPilot and Defender.

/n
Experience in identifying vulnerabilities and configuring systems to enhance endpoint security posture.

/n /n This is a hybrid role with at least 3 days based in the Newport office on the Northern Beaches. Please only apply if this location suits. /n
