/n Outreach & Growth Representative /n Pay: $80,000 Per Year + Commission /n Job Type: Full-Time /n /n /n We here at ABA Achievers are on the hunt for a driven and community-connected Outreach & Growth Representative to expand our reach and connect more families with the

/n services they need. If you love building relationships, hitting targets, and knowing your work directly helps children — this role will energize you every single day. /n RESPONSIBILITIES /n /n
Complete 12–15 drop-in per day, targeting 8–10 meaningful referral contacts per day

/n
Submit new clients to intake teams accurately and monitor the pipeline from lead to active service

/n
Interview and staff RBT/BCBA cases and serve as liaison between field staff and headquarters

/n
Build and maintain relationships with schools, pediatricians, and community organizations

/n
Report weekly on outreach activity, referral pipeline, and conversion metrics

/n /n SKILLS /n /n
Experience in community outreach, business development, or client acquisition

/n
Experience managing a sales or referral pipeline with documented results

/n
Ability to independently manage a field-based schedule with high accountability





/n
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills

/n
Knowledge of ABA services and the autism/behavioral health community is a plus
