Prime Contracting and Hire (PCHWA) is a busy Wanneroo-based earthworks and civil construction company servicing residential builders across the Perth metro area. We're looking for a General Labourer to join our field team.
The role:
Working alongside our operators on residential building sites doing site cleans, grano preps, paving preps, compacting and general earthworks support.
What you'll be doing:
Site cleans and rubbish removal
Shovel work
Labouring on paving prep and grano prep jobs
Operating a plate/pushing compactor on site
Site set-up and pack-down
Keeping work areas and equipment clean and protected
Following site safety procedures
What we're looking for:
Physically fit, reliable and punctual
Current driver's licence
White Card
Valuable team player with a robust work ethic
Previous labouring/construction experience a plus, not essential
Ability to pass drug and alcohol tests
Ability to work Monday-Friday, interest in working the occasional Saturday is a plus
